Product Name: 3900 Proximity ID Card Charging System
System Introduction: The 3900 smart card real-time consumption management system uses the most advanced contactless ID cards available as personal accounts for consumption (meal payment) management. The real-time consumption management software has an all-Windows-style interface that is simple and easy to learn. The system uses 422 communication; the maximum communication distance between a PC and the consumption machine is up to 1,** meters, and the maximum capacity is up to 255 consumption machines. The consumption machines operate in real-time networking with the PC, all data is saved by the PC, and the consumption machines are independent of one another and do not affect each other. If the network or PC fails, the consumption machines can enter offline mode, automatically saving all consumption records; once normal operation resumes, the data is simply received back. |
| System Features: |
¡î Three transaction methods: "fixed amount", "unit price", "dish number". ¡î Transaction-limit protection: when the transaction amount exceeds the set limit, the relevant password must be entered to continue consuming. ¡î Unique red-list function ensuring normal offline consumption. ¡î Fully waterproof design, better suited to canteen environments.

| System Functions: |
1. Transaction Management The system's transaction management provides three transaction methods: "fixed amount", "unit price" and "dish number"; to protect consumers' interests, the machine also provides a usage-limit and over-limit alarm function. "Fixed amount" mode: each time the cardholder swipes the card and the transaction succeeds, the agreed amount is deducted from the cardholder's account. In this mode the transaction amount is relatively fixed, suitable for a "set meal" system. "Unit price" mode: the transaction amount is entered on the keypad; the cardholder swipes the card and the transaction succeeds, deducting the entered amount from the cardholder's account. In this mode the transaction amount can be chosen freely, suitable for any occasion. "Dish number" mode: a numeric keypad key sets a selected amount; after the cardholder swipes, the transaction succeeds and the selected amount is deducted. In this mode the transaction amount is selected within a specified range, suitable for "¨¤ la carte" consumption. Usage limit: to help cardholders consume reasonably, the system provides a transaction-limit function for customers to choose. When the transaction amount exceeds the set limit, an alarm signal is issued and the cardholder must enter the password; the transaction proceeds only if the password is correct. 2. Record Storage When a swipe transaction succeeds on the ZEYU3900, it automatically composes a record from the card number, transaction amount, date, time, etc., and stores it in the data storage area. If charging is in "networked" mode, the stored data records are automatically "uploaded" to the PC. 3. System Self-Check The self-check function mainly inspects the hardware; through self-check it reports whether the ZEYU3900's hardware is normal. It is set up mainly for ** maintenance personnel, so this operation should generally not be performed when the machine has no fault. 4. Card Management The system provides card management functions such as personal top-up, group top-up, loss reporting, new card reissuance, transfer, and red list. 5. Report Management Comprehensive and flexible reports give a full picture of system operation and personal consumption, providing managers and consumers with a basis and data for scientific management, analysis and reconciliation.
