¡ó Time-based billing, with rates flexibly configurable to meet various requirements;
¡ó With a flow meter, metered billing can be used, making charging ** scientific, fair and reasonable;
¡ó Electronic-wallet approach records only the transaction amount, eliminating account reconciliation; a collection card extracts cumulative data without complex networking, reducing installation work;
¡ó Easy installation: the host software integrates with the existing consumption management system, so cards can be issued directly without re-entering personnel data, making it easy to extend the existing system into an all-in-one card system;
¡ó Easy user recharge: either on-card transfer via a self-service recharge machine or recharge at the management center.
