The housing is stamped from stainless steel plate, with an elegant look, rust resistance and durability. A standard external electrical interface allows bar-code, ID card and IC card readers to be easily integrated, providing civilized and orderly passage for entrants while blocking unauthorized entry. The system also features fire-safety functions that keep the lane open during emergencies for timely evacuation.
1.2 Features
1) Auto-reset: after a pedestrian reads a valid card, if they do not pass within the set time, the system automatically cancels that passage permission;
2) A unified standard external electrical interface connects to various card readers, enabling remote control and management via a management computer;
3) The whole system runs smoothly with low noise.

3 Product Structure and Working Principle
3.1 Turnstile mechanical system
The mechanical system consists of a frame and a movement. The frame serves as the carrier on which the direction indicator and reading/writing devices are mounted; the movement mainly comprises the motor, frame, drive shaft, gate, etc.;
3.2 Turnstile electronic control system
The electronic control system consists of the card reader, main control board, limit switch, transformer, battery, solenoid, relay, etc.
3.3 Card reader (user-supplied): after reading and processing the card information, it sends a pass-request signal (switch signal) to the main control board;
1) Turn on the power; the system enters working state after 3 seconds.
2) When the card reader reads a valid card, the buzzer sounds to indicate successful reading; the information read from the card is judged and processed, and a pass-request signal is sent to the main control board;
3) After the main control board receives and processes the reader signal, it sends a valid control signal to the motor; the motor runs, the limit switch controls the rotation angle, and the gate opens (in normally open mode the motor does not operate), allowing pedestrians to pass; |
