The fully openable automatic sliding door opens as lightly as an ordinary sliding door under normal conditions. In an emergency, the door leaves can be pushed fully open from inside to outside to the maximum opening. It is suitable for passageways where large equipment or vehicles enter and exit, or for rescue access.

With a conventional sliding door, the fixed leaf can take up as much as two-thirds of the passage. With the record TOS emergency escape system, all of that fixed-leaf section can be opened. The TOS escape system is suitable not only for emergencies but also for loading large items. The most common applications of the record TOS are in car dealerships, shopping malls, department stores, furniture stores, and buildings with heavy foot traffic and dense occupancy.

The record TOS fully-open system is a linear sliding-door installation with 90-degree pivoting of both the door leaves and the fixed leaves, regardless of the leaf position. This disengages the leaves from their linear travel, making it ideal for use as an escape door. The pivoting leaves can swing toward the door frame and walls to achieve a fully open state, allowing almost the entire passage width and height to be used. With modest construction cost, a seemingly narrow pedestrian entrance can be transformed in a short time into a wide passage for supply vehicles, or used as a full opening for loading.

The flush floor track keeps the ground clean and free of obstacles. Closing the door again and returning to normal sliding-door mode requires only a few simple operations.

When required, nearly 95% of the passage width and height remain available. Reaching the fully open position takes only a few seconds and a few simple operations. ** mechanical push-open makes emergency and rescue access fast and convenient.

Normal operation uses the record bde-d remote control.
