Floor spring with electromechanical hold-open function
The TS 5** E floor spring allows stepless positioning. As a result, the door can be held and locked in any position for any length of time, and the door closer can be used on fire doors. A safety valve prevents severe impacts. This door closer comes with a smoke detection system and has been tested and certified by the German Institute for Building Technology (DIBt).
