Floor spring with electromechanical hold-open function
The electromechanical hold-open function of the TS 5** E-IS floor spring is steplessly adjustable and is used on double-leaf doors. As a result, the door can be held in any position for any length of time, and the door closer can be used on fire doors. A safety valve prevents severe impacts. This door closer comes with a smoke detection system and has passed the tests and certification of the German Institute for Building Technology (DIBt).

The TS 5** E-IS floor spring is suitable for doors with each leaf width up to 1400 mm
Suitable for right-opening and left-opening doors up to 2** kg
Closing force can be steplessly adjusted between EN 3 and EN 6
Hold-open can be steplessly adjusted between 80° and 165°, independently for each leaf
Hide Style Sequence Function
Latching and closing speeds are adjustable
