Because older residential communities were built earlier, they also use the earliest and oldest community glass electric door and access control systems, which present certain safety risks.

To effectively address this, in line with the community's practical-project plan, the main gate has been upgraded to an all-in-one-card community glass electric door and access control system. According to Engineer Xia, project lead for the on-site contractor Shanghai Zitin Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd., after the renovation residents can enter and leave the community conveniently and safely, while gate guards register and effectively manage outsiders and vehicles entering the community, giving the all-in-one-card glass electric door and access control system its safety function of maintaining community harmony and stability.

The secretary of the residential community Party branch attaches great importance to the glass electric door and access control system renovation, and together with the property management and the owners' committee communicates promptly with the contractor's project lead, putting forward reasonable suggestions to minimize disruption to residents' normal daily lives. The project lead stated that, while meeting the design requirements and ensuring construction ** and safety, they will carry out mechanical work such as slotting and drilling in accordance with regulations, keep construction noise to a minimum, and minimize impact on surrounding residents.

Renovating the older community's glass electric door and access control not only solves many livelihood issues but also ends the previous chaos of outsiders and vehicles freely entering and leaving the community, laying a solid foundation for building a safe community and a harmonious Zhoujiadu community. Residents have expressed their understanding and support for the inconvenience and disruption the construction may bring.
