Old residential communities were built earlier and use the earliest, most outdated automatic door and access control systems, which pose certain safety risks.

To effectively solve this problem, and in line with the community public-works project plan, the main gates of the community were renovated with an all-in-one-card automatic door and access control system. According to Engineer Xia, project lead of the on-site contractor Shanghai Zitin Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd., the renovated all-in-one-card system lets residents enter and leave the community conveniently and safely, while gate security registers and effectively manages outsiders and vehicles entering the community, giving the all-in-one-card automatic door and access control system its safety function of maintaining community harmony and stability.

The residential community party branch secretary attached great importance to the automatic door and access control renovation, and together with the property management and ownersĄŻ committee communicated promptly with the contractor, putting forward reasonable suggestions to minimize disruption to residentsĄŻ normal lives. The construction lead stated that, while meeting design requirements and ensuring ** and safety, they would follow standard procedures for grooving, drilling and other mechanical work, and keep construction noise to a minimum so as not to disturb residents.

The old-community automatic door and access control renovation has solved many livelihood issues and put an end to the previous chaos of outsiders and vehicles entering and leaving freely, laying a good foundation for creating a safe community and a harmonious Zhoujiadu neighborhood. Residents also expressed understanding and support for the inconvenience the construction may cause.
