A special feature of the record FBO escape folding door is that it allows the record FTA20 to be used as an escape door meeting local legal and regulatory requirements. When this fully opening automatic folding door is used, in an emergency the FBO can open the automatic door as quickly as possible, enabling rapid evacuation.

The FBO folding door is a product **ed specifically for escape and rescue routes. In normal use, the door leaves fold inward. In an emergency, the motor applies pressure to the leaves to provide escape and rescue; with the FBO folding door, the leaves open outward.

Our folding doors and their derivatives use a different design principle for automatic doors. If the passage space is too limited to accommodate fixed leaves yet an automatic sliding door is still required, the automatic folding door provides a good solution.

The passage width can be retained almost **. Automatic folding doors can be retrofitted relatively easily, and their design is especially well suited for use in corridors. Depending on the available total width, the folding door can be made to fold in one direction or both. A typical application of the record FTA 20 is in the aisles of catering projects, for example the passage from the kitchen to the dining room. A ** recent trend, driven by smoke-free regulations, is to install folding doors to separate non-smokers from the newly created smoking rooms.

The record automatic folding door FTA20 is the ideal solution for narrow passages in restaurants, hotels, corporate headquarters, hospitals and nursing homes.
