Overview
HID MaxiProx® readers are well suited for installations integrating parking control and long-read-range applications. The MaxiProx reader packages all electronics in a rugged, attractive, and easy-to-install housing.

Automatic adjustment maintains the read range within 4 inches of metal.
Configurable Wiegand, "clock and data", RS-232, RS-422, and RS-485 output modes.
The "parking hold" function ensures accurate vehicle detection in parking lanes.
Power requirement: 12 or 24 VDC (configurable).
Current requirement: ** mA (avg)/700 mA (peak) at 12 VDC; 260 mA (avg)/1.2 A (peak) at 24 VDC.
