Provides a ** solution for complex installations such as access control, alarm, elevator and parking managementetc.
The TPL series consists of two controllers: TPL (2 doors / 4 readers) and TPL-D4 (4 doors / 4 readers).
¡¡¡¡Even if communication fails, these controllers do not go down ¡ª they have independent control capability.The controller has 8 inputs (4 supervised states) and 4 outputs.LEDs indicate communication status.By adding expansion boards and cards, it can be extended to 16 inputs (12 supervised states) and 64 outputs.The TPL controls up to 40,000 cardholders and stores 4,** event records.Flash memory makes upgrades easier.Manufacturing processes such as SMT and 6-layer boards suppress RFI and ** reliability.making the TPL a controller that withstands harsh environments.
¡¡¡¡TPL controllers are powerful and easy to use, and are especially suited to monitoring networks with high security demands, online access control and real-time alarming. TPL controllers can manage elevators, parking lots, guard tour, CCTV and attendance. Long-distance multi-site applications with thousands of independent doors can be realized via Ethernet, modem or RS232/485 connection.
Overview

•TPL4, 2-door/4-reader controller; TPL4D4, 4-door/4-reader controller. Optional Ethernet or RS485 interface.
•TPL4-DBL is a 4-door/8-reader controller; TPL4D4-DBL is an 8-door/8-reader controller, providing a low-cost solution. In the same system, the TPL4 series can be used together with the NSL4 and DS216 to provide the most economical solution.
The controller has flash memory. Therefore, when the controller hardware needs upgrading, there is no need to replace the EPROM ¡ª just do a simple download from the computer. Free Flash **0 download software is provided to download the control program from a PC. |
Expansion Boards and Cards

Each TPL controller can be expanded to 16 inputs / 64 outputs and connected to a TCP/IP network.
4 expansion cards are available:
•TCP/IP network interface (EXT-TCPT)
•8 supervised inputs / 4 outputs (EXT-84)
•8 supervised inputs / 4 outputs (EXT-84) with TCP/IP interface (EXT-TCPT84)
•12 relay outputs (for elevator management, e.g. EXT-RLY 12)
The STLO expansion board has 16 relays. Each TPL can connect up to 3 expansion boards via a single twisted pair. | |

Installation
|
Installation and setup can be completed within minutes. The reader and controller are dual-powered to prevent the magnetic lock from deadlocking on power loss.
Once the power fails, a backup battery (up to 12 V-17 A/h) keeps the system running for several hours.
LEDs indicate input, output and communication status. |
Enhanced Communication
|
| It has the highest communication security level. A 6-layer board effectively suppresses RF interference; **d communication lines and lightning protection, two independent power regulators to prevent noise between reader cables, an optional second serial bus for backup host communication, and communication encryption are all included. | |
