To effectively solve this problem, and as arranged under the community practical-works project, the main gate of the residential community was renovated with an all-in-one-card automatic door and access control system. According to Mr. Xia, project lead for the on-site contractor Shanghai Zitin Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd., after the renovation residents can enter and leave the community conveniently and safely, while gate guards register and effectively manage outsiders and vehicles entering, giving the all-in-one-card system its safety function of maintaining community harmony and stability.

The residential community party branch secretary attached great importance to the renovation, and together with the property management and owners' committee, communicated promptly with the construction lead to put forward reasonable suggestions that minimize impact on nearby residents' daily lives. The construction lead stated that, while meeting design requirements and ensuring ** and safety, they would perform slotting, drilling and other mechanical work according to standards, keep construction noise to a minimum, and minimize disruption to nearby residents.

Renovating automatic doors and access control in old communities has solved many livelihood problems, ended the previous chaos of outsiders and vehicles entering and leaving freely, and laid a good foundation for creating safe communities and a harmonious Zhoujiadu community. Residents have expressed understanding and support despite the inconvenience and impact the construction may bring.
