Renovation of automatic doors and access control in Shanghai residential communities solves many livelihood issues

Because older residential communities were built early, they still use the earliest, oldest automatic door and access control systems, posing certain safety risks.
To effectively solve this problem, and as arranged under the community practical-works project, the main gate was renovated with an all-in-one-card automatic door and access control system. According to Mr. Xia, project lead for on-site contractor Shanghai Zitin Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd., after the renovation residents can enter and leave conveniently and safely, while gate guards register and effectively manage outsiders and vehicles, giving the all-in-one-card system its safety function of maintaining community harmony and stability.
The community party branch secretary attached great importance to the renovation, and together with property management and the owners' committee, communicated promptly with the construction lead to put forward reasonable suggestions minimizing impact on nearby residents. The construction lead stated that, while meeting design requirements and ensuring ** and safety, they would perform slotting, drilling and other mechanical work according to standards, keep noise to a minimum, and minimize disruption.
Renovating automatic doors and access control in old communities has solved many livelihood problems, ended the previous chaos of outsiders and vehicles entering freely, and laid a good foundation for safe communities and a harmonious Zhoujiadu community. Residents have expressed understanding and support despite the inconvenience.
