Do not stand on the door track.
Do not bump into the door. Also, do not enter leaning sideways.
Do not stand chatting near the door, or let your children play near it.
Do not lean on, touch (press or pull), or kick the door, its fixed fittings or the wall.
Make sure the door is open before passing through, and hold your child's hand while passing. Take special care when people with disabilities or visual impairments **.
Do not put your fingers in the closing gap when the door opens or closes, to avoid pinching.
The importance of automatic door safety beams
In fact, many users do not k** that automatic door sensors have a detection blind spot. To ensure safety when using automatic doors, Shanghai Zitin Automatic Doors reminds users to install safety beams when fitting an automatic door; this raises its safety factor.
What is a safety beam? It consists of a pair of opposed infrared emitters and receivers, available as single- or double-beam. The single- or double-beam option is selectable. Safety beams are mainly used for anti-pinch assistance on various sliding automatic doors, electric telescopic doors and automatic rolling shutters. When a person or object passes, it is detected accurately and reliably and signaled to the door, avoiding pinching accidents. Transmission/reception range reaches 10 meters, and the signal contact output delay is freely adjustable. Although the safety photocell resists ambient light interference well, avoid direct strong sunlight on the photocell head during installation. The head has strong anti-interference and will not be falsely triggered by visible light or unmodulated infrared. Installation is flexible and easy, alignment is relatively simple, adjustment tolerance is large, and it is firmly attached.
Routine maintenance you can do yourself
To use this equipment safely and comfortably for a long time, please, together with a maintenance contract, regularly perform your own daily cleaning and maintenance.
Cleaning around the automatic door
When the installation faces outward - especially during leaf-fall and after storms - clean debris from the door track (especially the track groove).
Cleaning the door leaf
・· For ordinary smudges and dirt
Wipe with a soft cloth dampened with neutral detergent, then wipe off water and detergent with a dry cloth.
・· For stubborn and oily dirt
Wipe gently with alcohol or gasoline, then wipe off moisture with a dry cloth.
Note: depending on the door leaf surface material, using alcohol or gasoline may cause varying effects.
Cleaning the various sensors
Dust on the sensor detection window can lower sensitivity and cause faults; wipe the sensor immediately with a clean dry cloth when dirty.
Note: changing the sensor angle changes its detection range; take care not to move the sensor.
Cleaning floor materials
Take care not to let hydrochloric acid or other cleaning-solution chemicals get on the door leaf.
