Installing and servicing Panasonic glass door sensors is both a science and a craft. Mastering this craft is essential for ensuring reliable long-term operation of the door and extending its service life. Based on ** **ise and many years of installation experience, Shanghai Zitin offers the following suggestions on installing Panasonic glass door sensors, hoping they will be helpful to you.
First, when installing a sensor on a Panasonic glass door, you must follow the correct installation sequence: setting out the level line - floor track - cross beam - motor - door leaves - commissioning. Following this order prevents mistakes or problems that could stop the sensor installation from proceeding smoothly.
Second, the correct installation method is critical for the Panasonic glass door sensor. For example, when installing the floor track, the track must be mounted on a welded steel frame that is level, vertical, firm and stable, and the track surface must be smooth and free of burrs so the sensor runs steadily and reliably. When installing the motor, the sensor drive control box and automatic detection device must be fixed to the steel cross beam, and note that drilling holes or welding connection plates on the cross beam must be completed before the beam is installed. When installing the door leaves, check in advance that the track is straight and smooth; any rough spots must be ground smooth before installing the sliding leaves. Elastic limit stops should be fitted at the ends of the track, and the leaves must slide smoothly and steadily.
Finally, after the Panasonic glass door sensor is fully installed, proper commissioning and ** are also essential to ensure long-term, trouble-free operation. To this end, first check whether the main control items meet the installation standards, including door **, performance, dimensions, opening method, door fittings and mechanical devices, all of which must meet the user's design requirements. In addition, inspect the door's surface finish for scratches or dents; any such problems should be dealt with promptly to keep the sensor's overall appearance refined and elegant.
