Shanghai automatic door suddenly won't open or won't close? Don't worry! This article may be of great help to you!

During use, automatic doors may suddenly fail to open or fail to close. How can these problems be solved?

After years of repairing automatic doors, Shanghai Zitin's technicians have summarized the common causes of sudden automatic door opening or closing failures.

Today we will introduce how to repair an automatic door in such situations.

01

The automatic door operator has a pinch-protection function. Encountering an obstacle or a collision can prevent the automatic door from opening normally; after three such events, the door will stop running and the door leaf will stop opening or closing. In this case, simply push the door leaf to the fully open position to restore normal operation.

02

When a person passes through, the automatic door closes, yet when the person walks away the door opens and then stays open without closing. In such cases people usually think the door cannot be closed or opened. This problem is caused when, during installation or repair, unskilled technicians fit the drive belt upside down. The solution is: 1) swap the upper and lower belt buckle connections, or 2) replace the controller. We therefore recommend that you hire **s for maintenance and installation, so as not to lose the bigger picture over a small cost.

03

This situation requires on-site **, because the possible causes are many - for example, the power cord is plugged in but no power is supplied, or the controller has crashed. Zitin automatic door technicians can inspect the problem on site and solve it in a targeted way.

This is caused by the remote lock of the automatic door; simply unlock it with the key.
