Some Suggestions on Shanghai Glass Sensor Door Installation
Category:FAQDate Added:2016-7-26

Installing a glass sensor door is both a science and a craft. Mastering this craft is crucial for ensuring later operation of the door leaf and extending its service life. Based on relevant ** k**ledge and years of installation experience, Shanghai Zitin offers the following suggestions for installing glass sensor doors; we hope they are helpful.

First, when installing a glass sensor door, the installation sequence must be mastered: we must follow the process of setting out the ground line → floor rail → crossbeam → motor → door leaf → commissioning, to avoid errors or disruption in the sensor door installation due to wrong order.

Second, correct installation methods play a vital role for glass sensor doors. For example, when installing the floor rail, we must ensure the rail is mounted on a welded steel frame, and that the whole frame is level, plumb, firm and tight; the rail surface must also be flat and burr-free, so that the sensor door runs smoothly and reliably. When installing the motor, the sensor door's transmission control housing and automatic detection device must both be fixed to the steel crossbeam, and note that drilling or welding connecting plates on the crossbeam must be completed before the crossbeam is installed. When installing the door leaf, check in advance whether the rail is straight and smooth; any unsmooth spots must be ground smooth with a grinder before installing the sliding leaf, and elastic limiting material should be fitted at the end of the sliding leaf, requiring the leaf to slide smoothly and steadily.

Finally, after the entire glass sensor door installation is complete, related commissioning and ** must be done well; their role in ensuring long-term trouble-free operation of the door leaf cannot be ignored. On this basis, we can first check whether the door's main control items meet installation standards - specifically, door **, various performances, dimensions, opening mode, door fittings, mechanical devices, etc., must meet the user's design requirements. In addition, we must observe whether the door's surface decoration has scratches, dents or other problems; if so, they should be dealt with promptly, so as to ensure the overall appearance of the sensor door is elegant and grand.
